Listings on the site are a selection of properties shown for information. They may be listed by other brokerages. Prices, availability, measurements and other details come from outside sources, are deemed reliable but are not guaranteed, and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice — including a property being sold or rented before the site is updated. Please verify every detail that matters to you independently. Listing photos and data belong to their respective owners.
No agency relationship through the site
Using the site, the chat or the contact form does not make Chris or Guam Realty International your agent, and does not create a client relationship. A representation relationship begins only when you sign a written agreement with the brokerage.
The website chat
“Chat with Chris” is a scripted assistant, not a live person and not artificial intelligence. It collects your answers and passes them to Chris. It does not assess whether you qualify for a loan, a property or a housing allowance, and nothing it says is a promise or an approval.

The site’s original text, design and photographs belong to Invest Guam with Chris unless stated otherwise. You may share links and short quotations with credit. Third-party names, logos and marks, including REALTOR®, belong to their owners.
